Cheesecake Bars with Wine Gelée
Are you ready to wind down for the weekend with a glass of red (or white) tonight? It used to be my favorite way to end the day before I got knocked up. Now, I make a wine gelée to layer on my cheesecake to satisfy my cravings. 😉 And it works!
But let’s make up an excuse to share these decadent treats with others. How about Halloween? Or better yet, how about a Halloween Wine Night with your friends. Wouldn’t it be fun to have your friends over, enjoy a bottle of wine or two, play games, share spooky stories, and just have fun? I love those low-key nights, you know. Nothing fancy, no fuss gatherings are the best.
Wine pairs well with cheese. And these cheesecake bars are made with cheese! Therefore, together they’re perfect (like my logic?)
