Parmesan waffle, ham, cheese and egg breakfast sandwich
Weekend breakfast (or brunch depending on whether we get a chance to sleep in – a rarity) is afeast in our family and these parmesan waffle, ham, cheese and egg breakfast sandwiches are our latest plat du jour chez Ryan. You may have noticed my recent obsession with waffles – savoury ones are perfect for making sandwiches. I love using cheese, ham and fried eggs as fillings but pretty much any combination would work and I plan to have some fun trying them all. I used Clover original spread in this recipe – it is made with buttermilk, contains half the fat of butter and no artificial ingredients making great for everyday family use.
