Water Park of America logoMy wife and I are packing up the kids bags to surprise them with a last minute trip to Water Park of America. They have no idea we are going but have been askingĀ for this trip for months.

This trip was sponsored by Water Park of America. Part of this sponsorship was a giveaway of 4 passes to the park and a hotel stay valued at $300.

Make sure to sign up to win this package here. Good Luck!

We’re driving over this afternoon and will be sharing our trip via live streaming, snapchat, and social updates. Make sure to follow us on Periscope at @dan330msp and @chris_ashbach, snapchat at chris.ashbach, and of course, watch for our trip review here on the blog. We will be making some VR images so you can see each part of the park and our room as well. So if you have the VR gear, get it ready! Otherwise, you can watch in our upcoming blog post.

The Water Park of America is the largest indoor water park in the country and has something to offer to everyone. My kiddos are 3, 5, 7, and 10 and like different kinds of activities. Like any good Minnesotan living in the land of 10,000 lakes every one of my kids can swim like a fish. But even so, my 3 year old is going to love the Fort Snelling Zero-Depth Activity Pool.

My middle two kids are boys. They are hockey-playing, action-loving, kids and will be all over the “Surfing: Cascade Falls Flowrider”, “Lake Superior Wave Pool”, and “Eagles Nest: Family Raft Ride.”

Finally, my ten year old daughter is going to be chilling on the St. Croix River ride.

Personally, my wife and I are excited to relax at the Isle Royal Hot Tubs and get a good night sleep in our overnight room.

There’s a lot more to share about the Water Park of America and I can’t wait to show it to you. Make sure to follow us live and check back here for our upcoming blog.

Don’t forget to sign up for a free stay too!
