I run ads almost daily and my opinion is that you must check results with analytics. The interesting thing for me is the discrepancy between what is reported in the platforms, and what is reported in Google Analytics. Usually, they are pretty close but today, I started a campaign and share some weird results. What was reported in Google Analytics brought my cost per click down dramatically. I am still working on figuring out what is going on, but it is important to always remember to double check progress with any campaign in your own analytics.
