This Kiwi Passion Fruit Panna Cotta is a simple yet fancy dessert. The fruit layer is kiwi puree mixed with passion fruit juice and thickened with gelatin. The panna cotta layer uses vanilla bean paste for a rich vanilla flavor. Top the dessert with fresh kiwi and enjoy this elegant, creamy treat!

One great thing about this dessert is it is so incredibly easy. It takes a little time because you have to make two separate layers and allow the first layer to set before adding the second one. But the actual process is beyond simple. Passion fruit juice, a little sugar, gelatin, and kiwi puree are heated and poured into dessert cup. This layer has to chill for at least 2 hours to set. Then milk, gelatin, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla bean paste are heated and poured over the kiwi layer. Put them back in the fridge for another 2 hours to set.
