Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
This recipe for Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins is a delicious cross between banana bread cake. These muffins taste as good as they look and would be perfect for anything from breakfast to a picnic basket filler.
I first made these muffins as a ploy to get my little boy to eat bananas again. He loved them from the time he was a baby until he was about four years old and all of a sudden, it was like he had his fill and never wanted to see another banana.
He swore he hated them and when he started losing his teeth, I’d sometimes struggle to find a fruit that I could put in his lunch box that he could eat with a loose tooth, never mind with his two front teeth missing like he does right now.
