Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal Crumb Cake
The tastes of fall are in this amazing pumpkin spice cake that is made with a boxed cake mix. It’s a little bit cake and a little bit pumpkin pie. Topped with pumpkin spice drizzle, it’s sure to please all at your next gathering.
Last week I posted an Apple Spice Dump Cake recipe. I enjoyed it so much that I wanted to make a pumpkin version. I decided to switch it up a little bit by adding quick oats. Pumpkin bakes differently, so this is not a dump cake. While an extra step is required with this, I think it’s worth it.
