Teriyaki Grilled Artichokes with Spicy Sriracha Dipping Sauce! Don’t be intimidated by artichokes they are insanely easy to make and even more delicious when you grill them!
I decided to try cooking them in my new instant pot, which was a total success! Like everything with the Instant Pot, life is so much easier. I prepped my artichoke and then set them up in the Instant Pot while I got a workout in! Now that is multitasking I can get behind! Anytime I have to wait for the water to boil for a recipe I feel like it’s the worst thing that ever happened to me (I know, so dramatic.) OR, I spend the entire time watching the water and snacking out of the fridge. No waiting for the water to boil means I’m working out instead of snacking out of the fridge, double win!
